Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures vertical spoolers of the BV series for collecting smooth or ribbed wires on fixed or collapsible spools from:
- Wire drawing lines for cold heading wire.
- Wire drawing lines for low-medium-high carbon steel wire.
- Cold rolling lines.
They are available in various sizes, depending on the required application.
The BV vertical spoolers are also available in the double version BVD, allowing operation with two fixed or collapsible spools, to reduce the production line downtime. They can be supplied with either manual or automatic wire clamping and cutting systems.
Additionally, a strapping system for bundling the coils can be provided as an accessory.
