The machines of the TR Series are multiple wire drawing machines, designed for working with low-medium and high carbon wire.
The machine is built on a strong modular frame. The pulling capstans, with inclined axis, are manufactured in C50 forged steel, with temper treatment and HRC62 induction hardening, for maximum resistance to wear. Capstan cooling is executed by an exclusive Tecno Impianti system with stainless steel materials.
The drawing die-boxes are available in the rotating or fixed version. The drawing dies are directly cooled, and it is possible to install either the single die or the double pressure die in the same seat.
Each pulling capstan is driven by an A.C. motor controlled by an Inverter and all motors have servo-ventilation. Speed control is obtained by means of feelers positioned on each block.
The control of this process is by PLC with self-diagnosis, even with Ethernet support.
The wire drawing machines of the TR Series can be equipped with the following optional items:
Eco-protections with stearate suction, accumulation capstan, capstan with coil extractor, rotating die-boxes, fixed or rotating die-boxes with soap stirrer, capstans with black ceramic or tungsten carbide coating on the pulling band, laser measurement on wire diameter.
