The Tecno Impianti CRC series cold rolling cassettes are used to perform rolling and profiling operations on the wire, for the production of smooth and ribbed wire.
Robust and innovative in design, they allow to reduce the time needed for the installation of the rollers.
These cassettes do not require an axial adjustment of each individual roller, as the very tight tolerances of each individual component of the cassettes guarantee self-alignment.
Having a set of cassettes in operation and a second set off-line, already prepared with the rollers for the next application, the downtime is reduced. When a production change is necessary, the operator removes only the first set of cassettes from the cold rolling line, replaces it with the second group and starts working immediately.
