Tecno Impianti Srl designs and manufactures the mechanical descaling machines of the DM series.
They are installed immediately after the uncoilers of the SV series and are utilized to clean the surface of the wire, before it passes through the lubricant dispenser.
Rollers with tungsten carbide inserts are installed inside the descaling machine. They are positioned in such a way that the wire, passing through them, is cleaned from the calamine present on the surface.
The calamine is then collected in a special container that can be easily emptied occasionally.
At the exit of the machine there is a blower that eliminates any calamine residues still present on the wire.
Tecno Impianti flaking machines can also be completed with a subsequent fine cleaning device for the wire, to obtain an even more complete cleaning.
The descaling machines of the DM series can be supplied in different configurations, depending on the diameter of the wire.
