Tecno Impianti Srl designs and builds the DL series lubricant dispensers.
These units are installed immediately after the mechanical flakers and are used to bring the lubricant to the level of the wire so that it is covered and ready for the subsequent rolling/profiling operations.
The lubricant is placed in a special container and from there brought to the height of the wire line by means of a motorized vertical auger. After this, a horizontal auger is installed which brings the excess lubricant back into the container.
