Tecno Impianti designs and manufactures coil compactors Mod. CR which are utilized together with our drawing lines equipped with the wire drawing bull blocks Mod. MO.
The wire drawn by the bull blocks Mod. MO is taken out of the rotating platform through a coil extractor and positioned on the compactor which, by means of hydraulic cylinders, will provide the compacting action on the wire coil.
The compacted coil will then be bound by means of a steel strapping unit and then it will be tilted in a horizontal position for permitting an easy unload by a fork-lift truck.
