Tecno Impianti Srl has achieved an important goal.
At the beginning of June 2013 it was delivered the cold rolling line number 200, which will be installed at an Argentinian Customer.
Since 1979, the year of its foundation, Tecno Impianti has been designing and manufacturing equipment for cold rolling for the production of smooth and ribbed wire for the construction industry (wire mesh or prefabricated girders).
Made of different types depending on Customers’ needs and final application, our manufacturing machinery are exported all over the world and they always impress positively the end users for their durability and reliability and the quality of the used components, always chosen from the most prestigious brands on the market.
The lines are usually composed of:
- Vertical uncoiler with two tilting arms to allow a continuous feeding of raw material to the cold rolling line.
- Mechanic descaling machine and lubricant dispenser, to prepare the wire for the following rolling phase.
- Rolling bullblock with horizontal axis (type MOP) or vertical axis (type MV) or multi-pass rolling machine (type TR), where the wire is worked through rolling / profiling rolls installed in suitable cassettes.
- Spooler with horizontal axis (type BOT) or vertical axis (type BV), this last one also in double version with possibility of automatic cut of the wire; the wire collection can be done on fixed or collapsible reels.
Each line can be supplied complete with accessories, i.e. butt-welding machine, pinch roll, additional cassettes, optical device for controlling the right alignment of the rolls inside the cassettes, series of rolls and roll-holders, device for release of the roll-holders, strain-relieving group of rolls, coil tilting machine, steel strapping unit.
To complete the supply, Tecno Impianti offers a start-up service and personnel instruction at Customer’s site by skilled personnel in mechanic and electronic field.
